FOLLOW YOUR COMPASS–It’s great to have this system but what if you don’t know how to read the compass to get where you want to go? Master Key System teaches you how to read the compass.
As I continue my studies with the Master Key I am learning to follow my compass.
It was not all that long ago that I first learned about this system. Well, it was actually September of 2016 is when I first started the Master Key system. (This class is only offered once a year.) I was very nervous, excited and eager to start my journey. I was nervous about the time commitment and being able to get my homework done. I was scared to start a blog. What am I going to write about? How am I going to come up with a new topic every week?
I also wondered if this course would really make a difference. I have tried so many courses with limited success. I would start but never finish. What is it that makes this course different? I know where I want to go but did not know how to get there.
How am I going to fit all of this into my life and give it my best?
I know that as I focused on getting my homework done there were some things that I missed.
During the times that I felt overwhelmed some of the exercises were done in a half-hearted fashion. I continued my studies through the summer and I decided to audit the course and go through the exercises again.
The other thing that I have changed is that not only am I auditing the course but I am an Intern so that I can learn to help guide others to discover their path and their true purpose. They always say that the best way to learn something is to teach it to someone else. As I guide others, I am becoming more aware of areas in my life that I need to work on. Areas that I need to develop greater clarity.
We are only into the second week and the lessons and the exercises are making so much more sense to me this time through. I am really looking forward to the next six months of class. It is a big time commitment but well worth it.
I keep hearing about the Learn Do Teach philosophy. This is where you learn something, then you implement it (do). After you have implemented then you teach what you have learned and internalized. This helps others because you end out adding your own value. Everything that you have learned on your journey. There may be someone else in the same situations as yourself who will benefit from your perspective.
